Start by tracking where your team loses hours to repetitive work: sorting enquiries, chasing data, answering the same five questions. Those are the candidates, and the best ones are measurable, repeatable, and painful enough to be worth solving.

From there it's a build decision: a chatbot, a predictive model, or a quiet automation running in the background. What matters is that you can point to the hours saved. If you can't, it isn't ready to automate yet.
